摘要
本文研究了特殊造型的金刚石砂轮基体的设计方法。首先介绍了ACIS的类结构 ,利用ACIS提供的三维实体引擎 ,将ACIS提供的底层类进行继承和封装。然后以螺旋外形金刚石砂轮为例 ,利用C ++语言和API函数进行其基体的造型设计。采用该方法可以灵活方便地设计较为复杂的三维模型。采用数据交换技术 ,直接提取和转换以上设计的模型数据 ,再通过CAD CAM则可以实现金刚石砂轮的自动化加工、整形和焊接等。
