晚期产后出血的介入治疗

Interventional radiology in late postpartum hemorrhage

目的 :探讨介入治疗在晚期产后出血中的应用价值。方法 :总结了 1985年 1月 1日～ 2 0 0 2年 6月 3 0日本院住院治疗的 12 0例晚期产后出血病例 ,其中 2 9例进行介入治疗。结果 :2 9例介入治疗者 ,2 7例彻底止血 ,2例因子宫切口严重感染、裂开而行全子宫切除术。结论 :介入治疗应用于晚期产后出血具有止血快 ,疗效确切 ,手术时间短 ,并发症少的优点。

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of interventional radiology in treating late postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:120 cases with late postpartum hemorrhage hospitalized in Tongji hospital from Jan 1,1985 to Jun 30,2002 were enrolled in this study,among which 29 cases were treated with interventional radiology.Results:In 27 of 29 cases the bleeding had ceased completely,while 2 cases had hysterectomy because of the severe infection of uterine incision.Conclusion:With very short procedure time and few complications,interventional radiology is proved to be a very effective treatment for severe postpartum hemorrhage.
