Mechanism of Rock Friction and Its Basic Friction Angle

摘要 从屈服流动观点讨论了岩石摩擦机制,发现岩石摩擦主要来自三个方面,即屈服流动阻力,表面起伏引起的爬坡阻力和粗糙引起的咬合阻力。根据屈服流动机制不但可以说明岩石的高压摩擦特性(高压下摩擦与岩石种类及表面粗糙度无关),而且还推导出了岩石的基本摩擦角ψ_b=30°。这一数值和收集的大量实验结果是符合的。 The mechanism of rock friction is discussed from the point of view of ductile flow, and it is found out that rock friction comes from three aspects-ductile flow resistance, climbing resistance caused by waviness and clenching resistance caused by asperity. With the ductile flow mechanism, rock friction characteristic under high pressure-friction is not influenced by rock type and surface texture-can be expiained. In addition, a constant-rock's sbasic friction angle φ=30° is derived. This value is consistent with a great deal of experiment results obtained.
