摘要
针对石门电厂 30 0MW机组引风机的复杂振动问题 ,通过大量试验和分析 ,找出了振动的原因 ,并提出了增强支承刚度、轴系中心调整等治理措施。改进后 ,再没有出现因引风机振动过大而影响机组运行的情况 。
Directing against the problem of complex vibration concerning induced draft fan of 300MW units in Shimen Power Plant, the causes leading to said vibration have been found through vast amount of test and analysis, and some remedial measures, such as strengthening the stiffness of supports, adjusting the centre of shaft ect , have been put forward After retrofitting, the influence of excessive vibration concerning induced draft fan upon units operation hasn't occurred again, and the economic benefits being remarkable.
