摘要
针对DG1 0 2 5 /1 8.2Ⅱ (3)型锅炉中、高温再热器管与梳形密封板焊缝经常发生开裂泄漏问题 ,对其密封结构及裂纹断口进行了宏观、微观分析 ,认为其失效原因为结构几何应力作用下的蠕变失效 ,断裂类型为楔形蠕变断裂。对此 ,可采取改变梳形密封板与管子焊接结构方式 ,以消除或者降低结构几何应力。
Directing against the problem of leakage due to cracking frequently occured on welded seams between tubes of medium - or high - temperature reheater and comb - shaped sealing plates in DG1025/18. 2-Ⅱ (3) type boiler, macro - analysis and micro - analysis have been carried out for the sealing structure and the crack fracture. It is considered that the cause of failure to be creep rupture under the effect of structural geometric stress, and the type of rupture to be wedge - shaped creep rupture. For this reason, a mode of changing the welded structure between the comb - shaped sealing plates and the tubes can be used to eliminate or reduce the structural geometric stress.
