摘要
对化成后正极板不同干燥温度条件下所组装电池的性能进行对比,结果表明随着极板干燥温度提高,电池初始性能会逐渐劣化。通过对活物质及板栅界面进行电位扫描,XRD及SEM分析,认为其主要原因为过高的干燥温度使正极板栅表面形成界面钝化层,钝化层与活物质本体在组成及微观结构的差异影响了电池的初始性能。
This article studies the performance of batteries assembled by the positive plates which were dried under different conditions.We observe that the battery initial capacity tends to deteriorate with the increasingly drying temperature exerted on positive plates.Through the analysis upon the interface between active material and the grid by means of Voltammetry,XRD and SEM,we believe a passivation layer is formed along the interface between active material and lead grid under high temperature and the difference of the composition and microstructure of passivation layer causes the capacity loss of battery.
