摘要
首先讨论了灰色系统GM模型中背景值选择的依据,说明利用优选法可以获得较佳背景值。并给出了一种残差修正方法,建立了RGM模型,最后将RGM模型用于某地区售电员预报,取得较好效果。
The foundation of Selet the value of background is discussed in this paper firstly, the better value of background is getted by use of the Optimizatior method, and a method of the residual error is gived, the model of RGM is set up. The model of RGM is used to forecasting the quantity of selled electricity in some area. the result shows that, the model has the advantage of rather high aecuraly
