摘要
通过模拟钢包喂线结合底吹氩水模实验和钢包喂线实验 ,确定了钢包喂 Ca-Si线的工艺参数。实验结果表明 ,K1 6Mn L钢中喂入 Ca-Si线芯粉量达到一定量时 ,钢中 90 %以上的硫化物夹杂球化变性 。
The technical parameters of feeding Ca-Si wire into ladle is determined by imitating feeding wire into ladle and combining water model experiment with bottom blowing Argon and practical feeding wire into ladle. The result shows that more than 90% sulphide inclusion in steel is balled and cold bend property of rolled material is remarkably improved after certain amount of Ca-Si wire core powder feeded into K16MnL steel.
