摘要
对新一代Blu rayDisc存储技术进行了综述。讨论了以 0 .1mm作为读出层厚度的合理性 ;分析了对预刻槽格式进行设计的多方面考虑因素 ;介绍了高效 1 7PP编码方式和直流抑制技术 ;最后对Blu rayDisc标准中新的纠错编码技术和数位检出方式进行了介绍。虽然Blu rayDisc碟片的读出层厚度只有 0 .1mm ,但因采用了先进的信道位检出方式以及适合于纠正突发错误的纠错编码方式 ,使得其存储十分可靠。另外 ,在制订标准的过程中 ,对将来多层存储的发展趋势给予了充分考虑。
Starting from the requirements of the storage market, this paper introduces new technologies used in Blu-ray Disc. The rationality of a 0.1mm cover layer is discussed; the design consideration of the pre-groove format is analyzed; the high efficiency and better DC suppression 17PP modulation is introduced; and finally the new error correction strategy and maximum likelihood bit detection is presented. The merits of optical storage are not only the huge capacity but also the robustness of the storage. As more advanced bit detection was used and a new error correction strategy was introduced especially for burst errors, the storage of Blu-ray Disc is still very robust in spite of a 0.1mm cover layer. During the standardization the tendency for multilayer storage is also considered.
