对全油门燃料消耗量试验方法的改进建议

Improvement Proposal for Throttle Wide the Accelerating Fuel Consumption Test Method

用原GB12545—90标准中全油门加速燃料消耗量的试验方法,对2台同型号轻型载货汽车进行燃料经济性能对比试验后发现,2台车的试验数据分析结果不符合实际情况。对问题产生的原因加以分析,并对GB12545—90标准中全油门加速燃料消耗量的试验方法提出改进建议及对GB12545.2—2001标准提出了补充。用改进后的试验方法对原车型进行了试验,结果表明其可以有效地解决原试验方法中存在的问题。

Fuel consumption tests of two same type light duty trucks are carried out with the original full throttle ac-celerating fuel consumption test method recommended in GB12545—90,but the test results of the two light duty truck are not consistent with the actual condition.By analyzing reasons of the problem,proposal for improving the full throttle acceler-ating fu el con sump tion test method of GB12545—90are brought forward,and supplements for GB12545.2—2001are also pre sented.Tests of the two trucks are carried out with the modified test method and it is shown that the modified method effectively resolve the prob lem of the old test method.
