摘要
设计了测试覆盖件模具摩擦因数和拉延筋约束阻力的试验装置。采用该装置对用3种材料制造的模具,分别使用4种不同材料的试件,对干摩擦情况下和使用专用冲压清洁防锈油时的摩擦因数进行了测试;按照生产厂家使用的3种拉延筋的形状和尺寸加工模具,并进行拉延筋约束阻力的测试,给出了试验结果。最后结合生产实际对测试结果进行了分析。
The test equipment for measuring frictional factors of exterior panel dies and constraint resistances of drawn ribs are designed.Frictional factors of three sets of dies made of different materials as well as four samples of dif-ferent ma terials are measured with the designed equipment under two different conditions of dry friction and with special stamp ing cleaning and rust-proof oil respectively.Dies are made according to shapes and dimensions of three types of drawn ribs used by the manufacturer,and drawing constraint resistances are measured and the measured constraint resis-tances of the three drawn ribs are given.In the end,the measured results are analyzed combined with manufacturing prac-tice.
