摘要
采用甘油碘化钾方法有效地除去了粗铟中电位和In相近的Cd、Tl杂质 ,确定合适的物料配比为m铟∶m甘油∶m碘化钾 =1∶0 .3∶0 .0 6,按此配方进行试验 ,除Cd率可达 98.6%、除Tl率可达 60 .3 %。将所得铟铸成阳极 ,在合适的工艺条件下进行电解精炼 ,可得到纯度为 99.96%的一次电解铟 ,经过二次电解后铟的纯度可达到 99.995 %。
Electric potentials of Cd and Tl are similar to In,they can be removed effectively from the crude indium material by Glycerin KI process. The appropriate ratios of indium/glycerin/KI is 1∶0.3∶0.06. According to the ratio, 98.6%Cd and 60.3%Tl in the indium material can be removed. The obtained indium is cast into anode and electro refined, obtaining primary electrolytic indium, which has a purity of 99.96%. The primary electrolytic indium is treated by secondary electrolysis, obtaining indium with a purity of 99.995% .
