摘要
采用SEM、WDS、XRD等分析方法 ,研究了超高压合成的聚晶金刚石复合体 (PDC)的界面结构及界面反应 ,分析了粘结相钴扩散规律及作用机理 。
The interfacial microstructure and reaction of polycrystalline diamond compacts are investigated using analytical methods, such as SEM,WDS and XRD. The diffusion behavior and action mechanism of colbalt in the diamond layers are analysed and the physical and chemical processes of the sintering materials are discussed.
