Disaggregation of nanodiamond hard aggregates by mechano chemical superfine crushing has been studied. Actiuation indexes of two types of optimum grinding aids in disaggregation of diamond aggregates are measured. The changes are analysed in surface function groups and surface charge of nano diamond obtained by adding the two types of grinding aids before and after grinding as well as by dispersing them into suspension using chemico mechanical method. Also, the final particle size of the suspension and the crystal structure of nano dianond before and before grinding are analysed. A stable nanodiamond suspension with a size of 1~100 nm, averaging 40 nm, can be prepared.
