产品可装配性评价技术的研究现状和发展方向

Present situation of research and developing direction on evaluation technology of product's assemblability

阐述了产品可装配性评价技术产生的背景,分析了影响产品可装配性的因素,综述了近20年来国内外关于产品可装配性评价技术的发展现状,分析了现有评价技术中存在的不足。产品可装配性评价技术发展水平的相对滞后,已成为DFA进一步发展和虚拟装配技术发展的瓶颈问题,因此评价技术的进一步研究,对于整个虚拟装配技术的发展有着特别重要的意义,最后提出了今后产品可装配性评价技术的研究方向。

The generative background on evaluation technology of product's assemblability was expounded, factors that affects product's assemblability was analyzed, the present situation of development with regard to evaluation technology of product's assemblability at home and abroad in recent 20 years was summarized, and the existing deficiency of current evaluation technology was analyzed. The relative lagging of development level on evaluation technology of product's assemblability has already become a 'bottle neck' problem for further development of DFA and technological development of virtual assembly. Therefore further study on evaluation technology makes a very important significance on the development of the whole technology of virtual assembly. Finally the researching direction on the evaluation technology of product's assemblability in the days to come was put forward.
