New Technique Based on Dlscretized Surface for the Forming of Mould's Cavity

开发了一种快速成形大型模具型面毛坯的关键技术,研制出成形与调节装备。实践表明该装备可有效缩短模具制造周期、降低制造成本。介绍了成形的离散化方法、成形关键部件、工艺过程及成形与调节装备。

New manufacturing techniques for themoulds are highly desired. In this paper, a new techniquefor the manufacturing of moulds was proposed, whichwas based on surface discretization method and group-welding. The forming principles, equipment, proce-dures, adjusting equipment applied in this technique arediscussed.
