摘要
研究并行工程中如何对产品及其工艺实施集成的并行设计。将价值工程与并行工程相结合,提出面向经济成本的机械产品并行设计方法。在机械产品设计阶段即设法建立价值分析评价模型,利用现代信息技术,使设计各个阶段都能比较准确地预测产品成本,并把功能成本分析的信息反馈贯穿设计全过程。通过小循环优化在并行产品开发过程中的应用,以及预发布技术支持的并行价值分析审核,实现面向成本的并行设计。用该方法对IS系列离心清水泵进行改型设计,降低了生产成本且提高了性能。
With value engineering and concurrent en-gineering, concurrent design methodology of the mechan-ical products facing to economic cost was put forward.Value analysis and evaluation model in design phase ofmechanical products was built by using modern informa-tion technologies, and by making every stage of the de-sign more accurately to predict cost of tbe products, andby information feedback of cost through all of the designprocess. besed on little circulation optimization and pre-issue technology supporting examination of the concur-rent value, concurrent design facing to cost was imple-mented. The methodology can be used to carry throughremodel design of the Centrifuge rinsing pump of IS se-ries successfully, and the product cost reduction and en-ergy saving and capability improvement are obtained.
