In Local gauge invariant Lagrangian formulation, Noether's second theorem generalized to isoperimetric problems is used to gain some supplementary conditions, by which extra unphysical degrees of freadom are eliminated and R. Fukuda's conditions, by which gluonic corlored charges are eliminated, are also discussed.
