旋转水流式空蚀试验装置

Rotating—Flow Test Device for Cavitation Damage

摘要 介绍新型旋转水流式空蚀试验装置的原理及使用该装置的试验成果。该装置能在不需要提高驱动功率的情况下,试验较大体积的试件(如混凝土等)的空蚀强度,因而克服了常用的试验装置,如:超声波磁致伸缩仪,文丘利试验管及转盘空化器等在试验较大试件方面的困难,并用混凝土和金属材料的空蚀试验成果,证明了本装置具有良好的性能。 The theory and experimental results of a new rotating-flow test device for cavitation damage are introduced. In this device the flow can be rotated and the specimen are fixed without increasing drivingpower for testing the cavitation resistance of bigger specimen, such as concrete, etc. which can not easy be tested in the usual cavitation-damage test devices, like Magnetostriction Device, Rotating-disk Device as well as Venturi Device. Some test Results of concrete and metal obtained by using this device are evidently shown that it is a useful device to test bigger specimen.
