摘要
通过对月亮田矿重介质选煤厂最终产品带介损耗和磁选尾矿流失介耗考查,以及试验室模拟磁选试验研究表明:在正常情况下,筛上产品带介损耗较低,一般不超过1 0kg/t原煤,磁选矿尾矿流失的磁铁矿粉却高达2 65kg/t原煤,其中-5μm的回收效果最差,粒级回收率仅有80%,而+5μm各粒级回收率均高达99%。得出:超细或极细粒级磁铁矿粉对磁选回收十分不利。
Based on the loss of heavy media along with end product and tailings in magnetic separation at Yueliangtian Heavy-media Coal Concentrator,and results of simulated test magnetic separating in labs proved:in normal conditions,the loss of heavy media in screen over-product is relatively low and usually no more than 1.0 kg/t of raw coal while magnetite powder losses in tailings from magnetic separation is up to 2.65 kg/t of raw coal,among them,the size of -5 μm has the lowest recovery(80% only)while the average recovery of different particle sizes of +5 μm are up to 99%.It proves that the magnetite powder of super fine or very fine sizes is very harmful to the recovery in magnetic separation.
