轮胎式起重机司机室座椅振动舒适性研究 被引量:1

摘要 轮胎式起重机在装卸作业中得到广泛的应用,在作业行驶中,由于受到工作机构起动、制动和道路不平所引起的激励,发动机动力作用产生的周期性激励和起重机质量分布不均匀产生的低频激励,以及传动装置运动产生的激励,起重机将产生振动(主要是随机振动)。本文主要用二自由度振动力学模型讨论了轮胎起重机在行驶状态、不打支腿和打支腿工况下座椅的振动,并通过对QL16B型轮胎起重机的试验数据,对轮胎式起重机司机室座椅振动舒适性进行了分析讨论,提出了关于改善司机室座椅振动舒适性的建议。 Wheel cranes are widely used in port handling and architectural fields. When the crane works and runs, it is exctled by starting, braking and the uneven road. Periodic excitng caused by the dynamjc effect of the engine, the low frequency horizontal vibration caused by uneven mass distribution,and periodic mechanical exciting produced by the transmission device during the running of the cranemake the crane vibrate(mainly random vibration).The vibration passes to the driver through the driver's seat.This paper discusses the vibration of the crane in the state of running, with and without outriggers by using the vibration mechanics model of two degree of freedom and analyses the vibration comfort character of the crane driver's seat and puts forward a suggestion about improving the vibration comfortcharacter of the driver's seat.
