摘要
本文分析了18GJ涡轮增压器转子轴颈磨损的原因,提出了相应的解决办法。通过实船和耐久试验证明这些办法是可行的。
This paper anaIyses the main causes of the excessive wearing rate of the float bearing journal of 18GJ turbochargers used in 6200 marine diesel engines and introduces the measures taken to solve the problem. After 12000 hours operation of the new bearing journals, the wearing value is only one tenth of the wearing value of the original bearing journals after 1000 hours operation.
