转Xa21基因圣稻301的培育及其田间表现

摘要 利用农杆菌介导的遗传转化系统 ,将白叶枯病抗性基因Xa2 1导入山东主栽品种圣稻 30 1胚性愈伤组织 ,从T0 至T5代 ,利用GUS染色和分子标记辅助逐代选择并进行田间抗病虫性鉴定 ,获得了大量纯合稳定的转基因圣稻 30 1。 Using a genetic transformation system mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Xa21 gene against the bacterial blight disease was introduced into calli of a japonica variety Shengdao301 cultivated in Shandong Province. Based on Gus detection, marker assisted selection and inoculation from T_0 to T_5 generation, a great number of homozygous transgenic Shengdao301 plants were obtained. Performance of field resistance and agronomy traits were investigated.
