摘要
选用大白菜不同生态型的 6个自交系 ,按P(P - 1)方案的完全双列杂交方法 ,研究了大白菜产量和营养品质性状的杂种优势和遗传效应。结果表明 :除可溶性糖含量杂种优势表现不明显外 ,其它多数性状都不同程度地表现出群体平均优势。其中 ,直筒×叠抱类型的单株产量、VC 含量正向优势明显。VC、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质与干物质含量呈显著正相关 ,与有机酸含量呈显著负相关 ,表明通过选择干物质含量高的亲本 。
Heterosis and genetic effect of yield and main nutrient quality characters in Chinese cabbage were analyzed on the data from a set of absolute P(P-1) diallel cross with 6 inbred lines of different ecotypes.The result showed that most characters except soluble sugar content appear average population heterosis.Positive heterosis of yield per plant and vitamin C content is obvious in the hybrid combination of cylindrical leafy×heading type. Vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein have significant positive correlation with dry matter, having negative correlation with organic acid. Therefore the goal of high quality breeding can be indirectly achieved by selecting high dry matter parent.
