摘要
本文围绕硬铝专用焊丝的研制,论述了硬铝焊接性问题及专用焊丝的设计思路。制定出专用焊丝研制方法与试验路线,该方法为日后新型焊接材料的研制和焊接工艺的制定提供了参考。
This paper describes the weldability of duralumin alloys and the design of their special wire. A method for developing and testing the special wire is worked out. By using this technolony, both the aluminium consumption and structure weight can be reduced, and joint effect can be improved.
