先期研究表明,在生料中加入0.5%~2.0%的CaCl2作矿化剂,能显著地改善生料易烧性,可烧成强度更高的水泥熟料。用这些熟料磨制的水泥,与作对比的普通硅酸盐水泥成型的埋有钢筋的砂浆试体,分别进行150个干湿循环,以及15年干养、水养和湿养,用直接观察法测量浆体碳化深度、钢筋锈积率和锈蚀量。结果表明,掺CaCl2作矿化剂制成的水泥钢筋锈蚀程度与普通硅酸盐水泥的相仿,并且远低于建筑物的安全使用所允许的限度。
The pre-researches showed that the burnability of raw batch improved greatly mixed with 0.5%-2.0% CaCl2 as mineralizer and the clinker prepared by this meal had higher strength. The cement made of the clinker and the mortar made of ordinary Portland cement embedded with armature were tested. Through 150 wet-dry cycle and dry curing, water curing, wet curing on them, their carbonization depth of mortar, rust cumulation rate and the rust cumulation of armature was measured by direct observation. The results showed that rust cumulation of armature embedded in cement mixed with CaCl2 as mineralizer was similar to that of ordinary Portland cement, and it was much less than the safety margin of construction.
