摘要
本文根据焊接接头的疲劳破坏特性,通过研究16Mn 钢角焊缝的常幅疲劳行为,比较和分析了具有不同焊脚比,开坡口与不开坡口情况下角焊缝的疲劳寿命;同时对试验数据进行了统计处理。研究结果表明:当角焊缝的焊脚比为1时,对于提高焊接接头的疲劳寿命具有良好的效果;在交变载荷作用下,焊脚比不等于1时长焊脚应垂直于拉应力的作用方向。本文还求出了焊脚比为1时,焊接接头的 p—S—N 曲线;为焊接结构的可靠性设计提供了理论和试验依据。
According to fatigue destructive characteristic of welded joints,this paper carries out researches in- to the constant amplitude fatigue behaviour of 16Mn steel fillet welding joints,and analyzes the fatigue life of fillet welding with different rates of weld legs,preparation and non—preparation.Meantime the paper deals with experimental data statistically.
