摘要
本文分析了物料在螺旋卸船机垂直输送过程中的运行特性,并从物料的空间应力状态分析入手,研究了物料区域内的应力分布性态,给出物料自由表面边界的形成条件与类型判据,根据物料区域内的应力函数导出物料在管壁、螺旋轴及螺旋面上的压力分布规律。在此基础上建立了计算物料运动参数、生产率与功率的数学模型。
This paper analyses the motional characteristics of materials in the vertical transport process of the screw shipunloader and the stress distribution in the matreial region through analysis of stress state,and gives the criterions and conditions to take shape of the free surface.The authors infer the pressure distri- butions on the inner wall of the pipe,the screw axle and screw surface by stress function.Based on the above discussions,the mathematical model to calculate the parameters of motion,the discharge rate and the power consumption are set up.
