摘要 葡萄糖转运蛋白 4 (GLUT4 )是脂肪细胞和骨骼肌细胞协助葡萄糖转运的主要蛋白质 ,基础状态时分布于细胞内 ,在胰岛素刺激或运动等刺激下转位至细胞膜上。对GLUT4表达的调节在转录水平和转录后水平都存在。GLUT4转位涉及胰岛素信号传导途径和一磷酸腺苷激活的蛋白激酶 (AMPK)途径。GLUT4分子内部结构变化也可影响葡萄糖的转运。
