肿瘤坏死因子基因多态性与感染性疾病 被引量：2

摘要 位于人类主要组织相容性复合体Ⅲ类基因区内的TNF基因具有多种多态性 ,这些多态性可从转录水平影响TNF的表达产量 ,并与个体对感染性疾病的易感性、发展、预后相关 ,探讨以TNF基因多态性为代表的免疫基因因素与感染性疾病的关系 ,不仅可以寻找判断预后的基因标志 ,还可以为感染性疾病的免疫基因治疗奠定基础。
