糖尿病患者PAI-1异常的发生机制及其治疗对策 被引量:2

摘要 糖尿病患者由于高血糖、高甘油三酯及高胰岛素血症等因素的存在 ,往往有血浆PAI 1水平升高、纤溶活性下降 ,这是造成高凝状态的重要因素之一。通过饮食调整、运动以减轻体重 ,口服双胍类、噻唑烷二酮类、调脂药及血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂 (ACEI)等药物的治疗 ,可以有效地降低PAI 1水平 ,从而减少心脑血管并发症的发生与发展。
