老年人肝功能异常病因分析及影像学诊断意义(附247例病例报告)

目的 探讨老年人肝功能异常病因及影像学诊断意义。 方法 对247例60-95岁老年肝功能异常者分别进行相关实验室检查和影像学检查,后者包括B超,CT和MRI。结果 本组中肝脏本身疾病引起肝功能异常134例,肝外疾病引起105例,原因不明8例。其中72例是由影像学方法加以明确的。结论 选择合适的实验室和影像学检查对老年人肝功能异常的病因诊断有很大价值。

Purpose To study the etiology of abnormal liver function in the elderly and the diagnostic value of lab and imaging test. Methods 247 cases of the elderly patients with abnormal liver function were tested by related lab and imaging examination, the later include ultrasonic imaging, CT and MRI. Results The causes of 134 cases were intrahepatic diseases, 105 cases were extrahepatic diseases and 8 cases were unknown. 72 cases were diagnosed by imaging test. Conclusion The proper lab tests and imaging examination play an important role for diagnosing the causes of abnormal liver function in the elderly.
