甲状腺癌的高频超声诊断分析

Analysis of thyroid carcinoma with high frequency Ultrasonography

目的 探讨高频超声对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法 回顾分析46例经手术病理证实为甲状腺癌的高频声像图表现。 结果 甲状腺癌多数具有边界不规则,不清晰,单发实性低回声结节,内部点状,微粒状钙化等特征性表现。结论 高频超声有助于 提高甲状腺癌的诊断率,具有较大的临床价值。

Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency ultrasonography in the diaghosis of thyroid carcinoma. Methods Ultrasonographic features of 46 pathologically confirmed thyroid carcinomas were aualysed retrospectively. Results Specific features including irregular and indefinite border, single hypoechoic lesion, and microcalcification were found in most cases of thyroid carcinoma. Conclusion High frequency ultrasonogragphy is helpful in diagnosing thyroid carcinoma and of important clinical value.
