摘要
针对高速公路监控系统 ,介绍了一种新型的高速公路———视频信息高速公路 (VIH )的构思及其技术设计 ,包括VIH网关和闭路电视 (CCTV)网关 ,数字化视频系统 (DVS)、开放式数据配送结构和VIH网络系统的建设 ,通过对国内外研究现状进行了分析 ,探讨了我国发展VIH的技术要求和建议 。
This paper puts forward a new highway model-Video Information System (VIH), including VIH gateway, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) gateway, Digital Video System (DVS) and the open distributed architecture, which consists of the VIH system. Then it focuses on the current comparison home and abroad. Some suggestions to the development of the national VIH system are presented. The results will play an important role in China VIH system.
