改良粘膜折叠和肛管缩窄术治疗直肠粘膜脱垂(附38例报告)

The Modified Gant-Miwa Procedure for Rectal Prolapse

目的 探讨采用改良粘膜折叠和肛管缩窄术 (Gant Miwa)治疗直肠粘膜脱垂的疗效。 方法 回顾性分析 1998～ 2 0 0 0年收治的 3 8例直肠粘膜脱垂患者 ,均行改良Gant Miwa术。 结果 3 7例一次治愈 ,1例二次手术后痊愈 ,治愈率 10 0 %。随访 1～ 2年 ,无后遗症。 结论 改良Gant Mi wa术式简单 ,疗效可靠 ,复发率低 ,无明显并发症 。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the modified Gant-Miwa procedure for rectal prolapse. Methods 38 cases of rectal prolapse were followed up after modified Gant-Miwa treatment from 1998 to 2000.Results 37 patients were cured,and 1 patient was cured after the second operation.No complications occured.Conclusion The modified Gant-Miwa operation is a safe and effective surgical treatment for rectal prolapse.
