可吸收螺钉在股骨头骨折中的应用

Application of Absorbable Screw in the Treatment of Femoral Head Fractures

目的 探讨可吸收螺钉在股骨头骨折治疗中的应用价值。 方法 2 0例股骨头骨折 ,按Pipkin分型 :Ⅰ型 4例 ,Ⅱ型 13例 ,Ⅲ型 3例。Ⅰ、Ⅱ型骨折应用可吸收螺钉固定 ,Ⅲ型应用空心螺纹钉固定股骨颈骨折 ,可吸收螺钉固定股骨头骨折。 结果 平均随访 12 ( 6～ 2 4)个月 ,所有伤口无感染 ,19例表现临床愈合 ,1例股骨头坏死。 结论 应根据病人的具体情况和不同的骨折类型决定手术方式 ,对于Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折 。

Objective To study the value of absorbable screws in the treatment of femoral head fracture.Method 20 cases of femoral head fracture, including 4 of Pipkin Ⅰ, 13 of Pipkin Ⅱ,and 3 of Pipkin Ⅲ,were treated with absorbable screws from April 1997 to June 2002. Result 6～24 months (average 12months) follow up revealed bone union in 19 cases, one of them got avascular necrosis. No incision infection. Conclusion The treatment of femoral head fracture depends on the overall health of the patient and the fracture type. For Pipkin Ⅱ and Ⅲ femoral head fracture ,absorbable screw is one of the useful methods.
