Tension Strap in the Treatment of Humeral Supracondylar Fracture in Children

目的 介绍一种治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的方法。 方法 采用交叉克氏针加桡侧“8”字钢丝内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折 2 6例。 结果 全组经 6个月以上随访 ,无骨不连发生 ,肘关节活动良好 ,无肘内翻发生。

Objective To study the effect of interlocking nail with tension strap in the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture in children. Methods Twenty six cases of humeral supracondylar fracture in children were treated with the crossing Kirchner nail with “8” wires. Results No nonunion and cubitus varus deformity were found in all cases after more than 6 mouths following up. Conclusion Interlocking nail with tension strap is one ideal way for the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture in children.
