摘要
高速电磁阀是柴油机电子控制的重要部件,系统对其最突出的要求是响应的快速性。本文对一结构简单的高速电磁阔动态特性进行了研究,编制了相应计算机仿真软件,进行了计算机模拟计算并与实测结果进行了对比分析。指明了影响电磁阀动态响应的因素,以及改进措施,从而使其能较好地满足柴油机电子控制的要求。
High Speed solenoid valves are important components of diesel engines. In this paper , the authors study the dynamic characteristics of a simple high speed solenoid valve,work out the corresponding simulation software,and carry out calculation of computer simulation and compare the results with the test. The authors also point out the factors that affact the dynamic response and the improving measures that make the solenoid valves satisfy the requirements in the electronic control of diesel engines.
