摘要
本文对运输问题的“悖论”进行了较为完整的论述,提供了一个寻找运输问题“悖论”的简捷途径及优化程序,并给出了一般运输问题存在“悖论”的必要条件和充分条件。
Based on the discussion of paradox about transportation problems,the paper gives a simple method and optimization procedure for its finding,and proves the necessary and sufficient conditions of paradox existing in general transportation problems.
