摘要
本研究对膏剂渗硼用保护涂层的组成进行了优选,优选出的配方保护效果良好,涂层材料价廉易得,来源广。用x-射线衍射仪对保护涂层在高温烧结后的物相进行了观测和分析,确定该涂层为玻璃相和SiO_2,Cr_2O_3、透辉石(CaMg[Si_2O_6])等品相所组成。用GX_A型高温物性测试仪对涂层的软化和玻璃相的生成随温度变化的依存关系进行了观测,观察到涂层约在700℃开始软化,800℃时玻璃相开始形成,在950℃下玻璃相能稳定存在而不发生流淌。在本试验条件下,计算得出保护涂层起有效保护作用的最小厚度应为1.2mm。
This paper deals with the compostion of pasty boronization of steel with protective coating. The composition which is optimized has a good result of protection, low price and wide resource. By means of x-ray diffract ometer, the authors study the structure of phase with protective coating which is agglomerated in high temperature and find that this protective coating is made up of glass phase,SiO_2, CrO_3 and pyroxenite. The soffening point of protective coating and the production of glass phase which changes with the temperature is observed by means of GX_A-high temperature physical properties instru mentation. The protective coating begins to soften about at 700℃; the glass phase begins to produce at 800℃ and remains stable until 950℃. According to the experiment ,the efficient minimal thickess of the protective coating is 1. 2 mm.
