摘要
目的 :探讨多层螺旋CT仿真内镜技术在小肠疾病中的临床应用。材料和方法 :32例病人采用内镜插管法充气 (9例 )或口服产气粉加逆行注气 (23例 )的方法进行多层螺旋CT小肠段仿真内镜研究。对照组14例采用口服10 %的300mg/ml非离子型造影剂的方法充盈小肠。10例小肠病变CTVE表现与手术和其他检查方法对照。结果 :小肠扩张程度以充气法好于服造影剂法。10例小肠病变CTVE表现能较正确地反映病变在肠腔内的改变(对照手术结果 ) ,结合CT容积扫描的MPVR与横断面图像 ,在显示病变位置、范围、腔内外和周围组织情况等方面有其优越性。结论 :小肠CTVE检查技术操作简单 ,安全 ,无痛苦 ,是一项有待开发的新的检查项目 。
Purpose:To explore the diagnostic effect of multi-slice spiral CT virtual endoscopy(STVE)in the diˉagnosis of small intestinal disease.Materials and Methods:Thirty-two cases of CTVE were performed in small intestine,which were filled with air directly through gastroscopy and duodenum dreiling tube(9cases)or indirectly(23cases)taking orally and by clysis,and compared with14cases of CT after oral hyˉperhydration with10%300mg/ml.The findings of CTVE were evaluated and compared with other exˉaminations in10cases of small intestinal diseases.Results:The cavity of small bowel was showed better when filled with air then with oral hyperhydration in the patients.10cases of CT manifestations were consistent with operation or clinical results.The advantages of CTVE in small intestine were distinct in many aspects,such as easy handle,safety,painless,showing the position,size and to observe lesions all around the lesion.Conclusion:The multi-slice CTVE of small intestine is a new,opening up technique and is worthy to be further study.
