肩关节周围炎的MRI表现

MRI Study of Shoulder Periarthritis

目的 :了解肩关节周围炎的磁共振表现。材料和方法 :利用高场(VISION1.5T)和低场(OPEN0.2T)磁共振对55例(其中双侧发病8例)肩关节周围炎的患者进行MRI检查。结果 :患病肩关节中MRI检出阳性征象的共43例次(68.3 %) ;根据出现信号异常区将肩关节周围炎分为三组 :滑膜囊积液35例次(81.4 %) ;肱二头肌腱鞘炎3例次(7 %) ;肌肉损伤5例次(11.6 %)。结论 :MRI对肩关节周围炎的诊断大有帮助。

Purpose:To evaluate shoulder periarthritis with MRI.Materials and Methods:55patients including8cases of bilateral shoulder periarthritis were examed with Magnetom vision1.5T and open0.2T MRI.Results:Abnormal signs were found in43shoulders(68.3%).Three groups were classcified acˉcording to the findings of MRI.Group one,effusion of synovial bursa35cases(81.4%);group two,Bicipiˉtal tenosynovitis3cases(7%);group three,articular muscle injured5cases(11.6%).Conclusion:MRI was very useful in the diagnosis of Shoulder Periarthritis.
