摘要 目的 :评价开放式MRI在神经外科导航手术定位中的优势与精确性。材料和方法 :32例脑肿瘤病人术前在开放式MR机上行薄层扫描并将图像输入导航系统 ,病灶精确定位后进行手术切除。结果 :所有病灶在安科ASA -601V导航系统下进行全切除手术 ,术后恢复良好 ,本组病例无死亡 ,未出现术后不良并发症。结论 :开放式MRI能为神经外科导航手术提供最精确的医学影像定位资料。开放式MRI还将能提供术中MRI图像 ,用以克服和避免术中脑组织移位现象 。 Purpose:To evaluated the advantage and accuracy of open MR imaging in neuronavigator-guided surgery.Materials and Methods:32patients head were underwent MRI thin slice scaning,the image date from the open MR system transferred to the navigation system.The intracranial lesions were perˉformed after identificated.Results:All lesion took total excision under the ASA-601V system and survived after operation,there was no mortality or obvious complications in our series.Conclusion:The open MRI can offer the most accurate medical image materials for neuronavigation,and the open MR system can offer intraoperative MRI image in future,which could overcome and avoid the intraoperative brain shift,and take the tumor100%removed.
