摘要
根据离心式压缩机对制冷剂替代物的特殊要求,我们筛选出了一种可能的R12替代物LXR1,其热工性能与R12相近。在本文中,对LXR1进行了泄漏模拟分析、泄漏-再充灌模拟分析、以及它们引起的混合物摩尔质量变化的分析,另外还对LXR1进行了材料相容性试验、可燃性试验的试验研究,证明其可以直接充灌于R12离心式冷水机组,是一种R12离心式冷水机组的潜在替代物。
According to the special requirement of refrigerant alternative in centrifugal water chillers, a new alternative, LXR1, was developed as the same thermal performance with R12. Leakage simulation, leakage-recharge simulation and their influence on the mole weight of LXR1 were analyzed in this paper. In addition, the results of material compatibility experiments and flammability experiments were also showed in this paper. It seemed that LXR1 could be a potential drop-in alternative to R12 in centrifugal water chillers.
