摘要
本文对不同的二次流射角的绝热平壁气膜冷却流场的速度、温度和壁面有效温比的分布进行了数值研究。计算中二次流的射角分别取为0°、30°和90°,二次流和主流在进口处的吹风比约为1.07。典型算例的计算结果还与实验结果进行了对照,它们的变化趋势是相同的。计算结果表明可以用速度场与温度场的协同关系解释气膜冷却效果的变化规律。
The paper reports a numerical study of velocity, temperature and cooling efficiency distributions of an adiabatic wall with film cooling. Three cases were studied with film flow ejection angles of 0°,30°?and 90°.? The blowing ratio of secondary flow to main flow is about 1.07. The computational results of typical case are compared with experimental data, and they have the same variation trend. The results show that the distribution of film cooling effectiveness can be explained through synergetic analysis of velocity and temperature fields.
