摘要
介绍了一套对焊钻杆回火热处理自动控制系统。该系统对回火过程的升温和保温全过程实现自动控制。温度检测采用固定式光纤红外测温仪,通过控制中频电源的功率,使温度控制精度达到±5℃。
An automatic control system of tempering heat treatment for welded drill pipe is presented in the paper . Automatic control has been achieved for the whole process of tempering heat treatment.On-line infrared thermoscope is adopted to take the temperature. Bycontrolling the power of intermediate frequency mains , the precision of temperature is ±5℃.
