摘要
利用SEM对铸态TiC/Ti6Al复合材料的微观组织进行了研究。结果表明:TiC微观形态主要为初生树枝晶形态、共晶短棒状或颗粒状。根据晶体生长理论对TiC的结晶过程及生长机制进行分析。
Microstructure of as-cast TiC/Ti-6Al composite has been observed by using SEM. Morphology of TiC is dendrite, eutectic short-bar and particle shapes. The growth process and mechanism of TiC have also been analyzed on the basis of growth theory of TiC.
