摘要
港口拖轮作业是港口服务系统的重要组成部分,拖轮的合理配置直接影响着到港船舶的数量和吨位。本文通过分析港口拖轮作业的过程及其特点,将离散事件仿真技术应用到拖轮作业系统中,建立变服务台排队模型,根据实际记录数据,选择最接近的概率分布形式,通过仿真计算得到船舶的平均等待时间、最大排队队长及各种拖轮的利用率等参数,为决策者合理配置拖轮提供了科学的依据。
Tugboat operation is the important part of the service system of the port, the rational marshalling of equipment directly affects the number and tonnage of the vessels arrived at the port. In this paper, through analyzing the process and the characteristic of the port tugboat operation, the discrete event simulation is applied and the queue model of varied service desks for the tugboat operation is established. As the result, the average waiting time of the ship, the maximum queue length of the ship and the utilization ratio of the tugboat are provided for the designer to deploy the tugboat reasonably.
