摘要
在热轧生产中,加热工序和轧制工序对钢坯出炉温度及加热均匀性的要求上存在矛盾,解决该问题对加热过程和轧制过程的高度集成控制提出了较高的要求。为此采用基于生产目标的综合集成控制技术,建立了钢坯热轧过程的集成控制模型,针对能有效降低轧钢生产能耗的低温加热轧制工艺的仿真结果表明了该模型的有效性,可应用于实际的热轧生产过程。
In hot rolling process, the slabs reheating process and rolling process have inherent conflict on the requirement for steels exiting temperature from furnace and reheating uniforming, and the solution of this problem has high requirement for integrated controlling of reheating process and rolling process, so this paper uses object-oriented integrated controlling technology to establish integrated controlling model of hot rolling process, aiming at the low temperature rolling technology, The simulation results show that the method is effective and can be applied in the practical steels rolling process.
