摘要
采用先进的数值模拟技术对600KW风力机的塔架进行了静、动态分析。在静力分析中,分析了塔架所受的最大载荷,及对应的最大应力,并对其强度进行了校核。在动态分析中,计算出了塔架前五阶固有频率。为了优化塔架的结构参数,采用正交设计对其结构尺寸进行了优化。本文的研究为风力机的仿真设计创出了一条新的路子。
The advanced numerical simulating technology is applies to analyze the static and dynamic properties for the tower structure of 600KW-wind turbine in this paper. In static analysis, it presents the maximum load supported by the tower, the corresponding maximum stress, and the strength of the tower is also calculated. In dynamic analysis, the natural frequency is given from the first mode to fifth mode. In order to optimize the structure parameters of the tower, the orthogonal design method is used. Our research work presents a new way for the simulating design of the wind turbine.
